PENSAMIENTO CONTEMPORANEO (EDITORA NACIONAL GABRIELA MISTRAL)
Series Note: The Pensamiento Contemporáneo [= Contemporary Thought] series was published by the Editora Nacional Gabriela Mistral, in Santiago de Chile, Chile during the first years of the Pinochet military dictatorship in that country.
The series consisted of books on government, politics, economics, and culture written from a nationalist, ultra-conservative and neoliberal standpoint.
"[O]one of the tasks of the official publishing house for the Chilean dictatorship, Editora Nacional Gabriela Mistral (1973-1976), was to spread information about budding neoliberalism."
